Former Miss Uganda Stellah Nantumbwe has come forward to share her side of the story, insisting that she left her former husband Saidi Bukenya’s residence without taking any of his assets or household property, contrary to reports that have been circulating in the media.

According to Stellah, Saidi had been using her Lexus vehicle during their relationship. When she decided to leave, she took back the car, which she says is one of the issues that sparked the ongoing dispute.

She believes this has contributed to what she describes as a smear campaign against her and her family.

Stellah also shared a video online denying allegations made by Army commander Edith Nakalema that she moved out with her former husband’s belongings.

Reports further indicate that the couple’s separation may have been influenced by their living conditions. Sources claim they had been living in a small apartment, and despite Saidi’s promises to move to a bigger home, the relocation never happened. Stellah is said to have grown frustrated with the situation and eventually decided to end the relationship and move out.
