Singer Lydia Jazmine has revealed that legendary Ugandan musician Mesach Semakula is her all-time favorite artist, saying she knows virtually every song he has released.
Speaking during a recent interview, Jazmine expressed deep admiration for the veteran singer, describing him as an artist who has consistently inspired her throughout his career.
"Papa Mesach Semakula is my all-time favorite musician in the industry. He is one person who's never wrong in my eyes," she partly explained.
Jazmine also praised Semakula for the fatherly role he has played in her music journey, recalling how he stood by her and offered support during her maiden concert.
According to the singer, Semakula's guidance and encouragement have been invaluable to her career.
With a music career spanning decades, Mesach Semakula remains one of Uganda's most respected musicians, earning admiration from both veteran entertainers and the younger generation of artists for his timeless music and mentorship.
