Speaking to Nigerian Magazine, Olori SuperGirl, Kimani expressed a concern among the industry that many women are disrespected and receive a lot of negativity yet they work extra hard to be successful.

She pointed out that the prevailing notion that women must operate is a certain box to be accepted,saying that being a successful woman with standards does make her a b*tch.

“Being a female entertainer doesn’t mean,I work for free,just because I am singing to you in a cute outfit on stage and on TV does not make me a prostitute,I work damn hard,” Victoria added.

She also said that there is a lot of judgment,hypocrisy,threats that women in the East African entertainment industry are subjected to.
