Together with his wife and the administration team from Nkozi hospital, Bobi Wine visited his Eminence Cardinal Emmanuel Wamala at his residence and addressed the media about the “save Nkozi Hospital campaign”.
The goal of this campaign is solicit funds that of about 600 million that will help in constructing the Accident Emergency Unit with in the hospital. The marathon campaign is to take place on 18th June, on Saturday of which the starting point will be the equator and the finishing being Nkozi hospital. The Cardinal will be the Chief runner while Bobi wine will be the chief entertainer.
The participants will be required to pay a certain amount of 5,000shs (children) and 10,000shs (adults) and all the well-wishers are required to Register to different catholic parishes to participate in this campaign
Many accidents have happened along Masaka road claiming many people’s lives and its high time someone did something about it since the politicians have failed their job.
