Age must be catching up with former Mayor Al hajji Nasser Ntege Ssebagala a.k.a Seya.
Word on the street is that the former Mayor has secretly been going in and out of the Eye hospital for operations. Doctors have been trying to restore his sight which has been deteriorating.
Sources say that Ssebagala first complained of his eye itching before he was advised to stop using lenses. However, this affected him to the extent he couldn’t recognise anyone within his vicinity. Sources add that Seya has been with the eye problems for so many years but because of age, he is having a hard time.
Last month, rumours emerged that he was secretly dating city socialite, Anita Kyalimpa Fabiola. During an interview with a local newspaper, he bragged that he had enough money to look after a beautiful woman like Fabiola.
