Singer Ronald Mayinja formed a political party dubbed Peace for all, All for peace after quitting People Power.
The latest is that he is set to officially announce his bid to run for the highest office in Uganda.
It is alleged that the government is supporting and backing him to reduce Bobi Wine's influence among the young people.
It is said that the government gave him a new car and a house.
He denies the allegations saying he is not any way politically motivated by the government.
