Musician Serena Bata has been under Abtex Promotions owned by events organizer Abbey Musinguzi alias Abtex for over two years.
Her working relationship with the company has been terminated over smoking in public.
The music promoter also revealed that the split doesn’t affect shows that they had already booked.
“We’ll continue performing at shows we already planned for and this will go on until January 2023,” reads a statement by Abtex.
Serena Bata is yet to state her next move.
