Musician Spice Diana is actually one of the leaders of Uganda National Musicians federation. The singer however says their relationship is not permanent.
They are looking at employing professionals who have vast knowledge of running organisations with bigger prospects.
She says this is to enable swift flow of work and cooperation with all sectors in Uganda which one way or other contribute to the growth of the music industry.
"UNMF'S leadership is not permanent, Its temporary if I am to go with what I see. I know they are looking at getting leaders who are not artists. They will hire professionals to run the federation. " She said.
Spice Diana is the deputy Vice President to Sheebah Karungi.
