The ongoing divorce between musician Jose Chameleone and his wife, Daniella Atim, has been delayed until September 2025, as the two have yet to reach a final agreement. They’re still trying to figure out some of the big stuff, like how to divide their property, custody of their kids, and financial support.

Reports say that Daniella is seeking full ownership of their Seguku residence and continuous financial support for the kids. Back in March, she officially filed for divorce, claiming years of emotional abandonment, neglect, and a lack of support. Chameleone is believed to have since accepted the separation.

Daniella has also been vocal about her battle with depression during the marriage, stating that Chameleone was mostly absent for the past five years, leaving her to raise their children on her own.

For his part, Chameleone insists that his main focus is the welfare of their children. He shared that the assets they’re fighting over aren’t for them personally, but for the kids’ future.

“These things we are fighting for are for the children, not ourselves,” Chameleone said. “Even the children will eventually leave them behind, and others will come to occupy them.”

He expressed his frustration with the legal battle, comparing it to "preparing a will while still alive."

While the public remains invested in their case, Chameleone is doing his best to shift the conversation back to his music, choosing to remain quiet about the personal details.
