Princess Dee has spoken out to dismiss claims linking her to a co-wife arrangement involving musician Sheebah Karungi and businessman Jaffar Suleiman.

The mother of Jaffar Suleiman’s children took to social media to clarify that she is no longer married to him and should not be included in stories suggesting they are still together.

According to Princess Dee, her marriage to Jaffar ended in January 2024 following disagreements that she says she could not accept.

In a statement shared online, she explained that she chose to walk away after decisions were made during their marriage that conflicted with her values and expectations.

“In light of recent narratives and speculation circulating on social media, I feel it is necessary to set the record straight. Jaffar and I are no longer together. Decisions were made during our marriage that I did not agree to or accept, and it was because of those decisions that I chose to end the marriage in January 2024,” she wrote.

Princess Dee firmly denied being anyone’s co-wife and said she would not allow herself to be dragged into false narratives or public image campaigns that do not reflect her reality.

“I am not anyone’s co-wife. I will not allow myself to be included in false narratives, public image campaigns, or social media stories that do not reflect my reality,” she added.

Her statement comes shortly after Sheebah Karungi spoke during a recent podcast interview about her views on polygamy, saying she would not have a problem being in a polygamous marriage if there was mutual understanding.

Princess Dee, however, stressed that her main focus now is raising her children and building her future, while asking the public to leave her out of the ongoing speculation.
