Dancer Ritah Dancehall has revealed that singer Gloria Bugie escaped further backlash after apologising for remarks she made about her boss, Sheebah Karungi.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Ritah said she does not tolerate what she considers disrespect towards Sheebah and credited Bugie's apology for preventing the situation from escalating.
"I don't tolerate disrespect towards my boss Sheebah Karungi. It is one thing I can never accept to take in. Gloria Bugie spoke so well and felt sorry after. It is the only reason she survived my wrath," she said.
Ritah explained that her reaction was driven by her loyalty to Sheebah, whom she continues to work closely with.
She added that she is willing to maintain peace as long as Sheebah is treated peacefully, but warned that she will not remain silent when someone deliberately targets the singer.
According to Ritah, her approach is simple: peace when Sheebah is at peace, but confrontation when anyone goes after her boss.
