Uganda's Priscilla Achieng is performing absolutely awesome and we may see her carry the crown back home. Currently in Manila, the Philippines most prominent Local fashion sites and blogs like crowns and pride plus script place her in the position of 10 of 16 finalists.

Achieng is a Gold winner of the best national costume from the African continent beating South Africa and Nigeria with silver and bronze respectively making it a back to back win for Uganda after Sandra Akelo Miss Earth Uganda 2015 won the same last year in Australia.
It's been an action-packed month for over 85 delegates from different countries vying for the miss earth crown in Philippines with a rollercoaster of activities such as tree planting, sponsor visits, media guests, beach clean-ups, school and community tours, sensitization drives, conferences, press presentations, talent/swimsuit/resort wear and fashion show competitions among others in different countries.
