Sheilah Gashumba has been dating Ali Lwanga alias God’s Plan for close to a year.
The couple has been painting the city red, spending like they have keys to the national treasury.
According to the pencil sized TV presenter, God’s Plan deserves to be the entertainment minister of Uganda.
“My boyfriend deserves to be appointed the entertainment minister,” Sheilah commented on one of boyfriend's instagram posts.
This came days after the world renowned robber and former jail bird spent over Ugx 32 millions in one night at a popular night spot in the city.
