City casanova Gareth Onyango proposed to Buganda princess Victoria Nkinzi and they are preparing for their Kwanjula ceremony.
A source has revealed to this website that the Kingdom selected a committe of 200 people majorly composed of elders to organise the Kwanjula.
A budget of 1.5 billion has been set a side for the ceremony.
