Socialite Bugeme Brags About Meeting Akon

City socialite William Bugeme is not your ordinary man. 

William is one of the few Ugandans who has met with international superstar, Akon and his wife,  Rozinza Negusei.  The meeting has given him bragging rights, he can’t stop talking about his importance and how he has been enlisted to advise Akon on investment opportunities in Uganda.   

Moles close to Bugeme say the socialite got introduced to Akon through the singer’s wife, Rozina.  Rozina and Bugeme have allegedly known each other for some time.
