A music promoter based in Palisa District recently accused musician Geosteady of snubbing a show he had been paid to perform at.
He booked Geosteady at UGX 2M to headline on 21st October 2022. He received a deposit of 1M but didn’t turn up.

The promoter allegedly made losses as property worth millions was destroyed.
In response, Geosteady has accepted to refund the money and not any other damages.
“I could have done it a long time ago but I have been busy, I will refund her money,” he said.
The Promoter added that Geosteady has been playing hide and seek, and he is not paying up.
