Musician Sheebah Karungi has long competed with Cinderella Sanyu aka Cindy in the music industry. Each claims to be the biggest female artist in Uganda.
Despite the contest, Sheebah acknowledges that Cindy has been instrumental in her music career. She wrote her first song and also used to compose music for her former girl's group, obsessions.
"I was a fan of musician Sanyu Cindy. I asked her to write for me a song that I wanted producer Washington to work on. I had a lot of panic recording this song considering that I never sang much while in the obsessions. Cindy used to write for us songs even when I was still in obsessions, " Sheebah Karungi explains.
Discussing her alleged beef with Cindy, Sheebah said she has no bad blood with her. She believes the audience is big enough for both of them.
