Dancehall artiste Cindy Sanyu is ready to organize her shows, she is not ready to accept being underpaid by music promoters.
Cindy says she is doing well financially and can afford to stage a show in Uganda without the promoter's involvement.
She says promoter Bajjo's list he released recently should be treated with contempt.
According to the list, the highest-paid musician earns only 7M.
Currently, some musicians charge over 10M for a single show or appearance which promoters say doesn’t give a return on investment.
