Lugaflow singer, Gereson Wabuyu aka Gravity Omutujju astounded his fans on the last concluded ‘Teri Doogo’ concert when he appeared on stage clad in Military fatigue. This left tongues wagging about where he could have got it from.

Since then, UPDF has called the rapper to explain where he got the Military fatigue. News coming in is the rapper freely handed himself to the UPDF Offices and accepted all the blame and begged for forgiveness.

In the meantime, UPDF has cautioned any artistes found in illegal possession of military attire to be arrested and prosecuted in the Military Court Martial.

According to the UPDF Act 7 of 2005, section 164 (1) (a) and (b) prohibits any person from manufacturing, selling, offering or exposing for sale, wearing or using any uniform supplied to or authorized for use by the Defence Forces or any uniform so nearly resembling it.

Punishement:One Could Face Up To 7 years In Prison

The law however, permits use of military fatigue by artists if they sought permission from the authorities, but should return the attire after use.
