Musician Jose Chameleone is considered as one of the Ugandan greats and many would imagine he has a lot to offer as a leader in the music business.
Chameleone, however, isn’t part of the leadership committee of the recently formed Uganda National Musicians Federation(UNMF).
In an interview, Chameleone revealed that it was his choice not to take up any position.
“I was nominated for president of the federation but I chose to stay away. I have served the music industry for many years, now I feel the need to be served. I want to be a spectator and see,” he said in an interview.
Chameleone confirmed he believes in the leadership despite doubts from many music lovers.
