Cindy Sanyu, who had taken a hiatus from the entertainment scene after her marriage to focus on her family, re-entered the showbiz world.
Despite becoming a mother twice within a short period, she decided to make a comeback to her music career. Her return includes a music battle against fellow singer Sheebah Kalungi, marking Uganda's first female battle of this kind.
Cindy's opponents, whom she refers to as "haters," have chosen sides between her and Sheebah. Cindy appears unfazed by the negativity and declared her readiness to face her detractors at the upcoming concert.
She posted, "Looking at my enemies playing games. You're still going to lose in the end."
The much-anticipated battle between Cindy and Sheebah is scheduled for September 15, 2023, at Kololo Airstrip grounds, where the two artists will share the same stage.
