Swangz Avenue musician Winnie Nwagi always speaks out against anything that goes against her wishes.
Days after calling out foreign promoters for not respecting Ugandan musicians, Nwagi has come forward to air her displeasure over Kampala hairstylists who don't respect people's money.
"This particular hairstylist was also fully paid. We have really been fooled in Uganda," she wrote on her Snapchat and attached photos of her with the poorly done hair.
