The legendary musician Ragga Dee has revealed that he played a pivotal role in connecting Azawi to Swangz Avenue.
Ragga Dee explained that he was working with Azawi in his band and saw exceptional talent in her. Therefore, he reached out to Viboyo, who then took her to Swangz Avenue.
"I was working with Azawi in my band, and I always saw something different in her. She was exceptional. At times, I would quarrel with her about why she was not recording her own songs. But when I saw Viboyo, I asked him to give her a push, and that's how she reached where she is today," he said in an interview with a local television.
Ragga Dee believes that giving people chances is the way to go, and that way, the Ugandan flag will keep shining.
