Journalist and now Member of Parliament Agnes Nandutu was recently dropped from the Cabinet by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
She was replaced by Namboozo Florence Wamala, who is now the State Minister for Karamoja Affairs.
Nandutu has, however, apologized to the President for her wrongdoings and asked him for a second chance.
"Where I have gone wrong, I ask the President to forgive me," Agnes Nandutu said.
It should be noted that Nandutu was involved in the stealing of iron sheets meant for the people of Karamoja.
