Musician Mike Wine is publicly expressing his disappointment in fellow artist Cindy Sanyu after she scheduled her concert on the exact same day as his younger brother, Dax Vibez!
Both Dax Vibez and Cindy Sanyu's concerts are set to clash on August 29th, 2025. Dax Vibez was the first to announce his show, slated for Hotel Africana. However, just last week, Cindy confirmed her concert would also take place on the same day, at Millennium Park in Lugogo.
"I Am Disappointed!" – Mike Wine Speaks Out
Mike Wine, who considers himself a friend to Cindy and is Dax Vibez's older brother, isn't holding back. He believes it's "not a good thing" to create such a direct competition for his brother, who had already secured the date.
"I cannot be happy with any artist putting a concert on the same date as my brother, but these things happen," he explained in an interview with a local television. "A person will not give you what you give them in return. I am disappointed."
Mike Wine Rallies Behind Dax Vibez: "God Will Show!"
Despite his frustration, Mike Wine is urging his younger brother not to give up. He's pledged his full support, confidently stating that Dax Vibez's concert will be a success thanks to "God's blessings."
"I want Dax to trust and believe in himself," Mike Wine added. "There is a reason as to why he chose that date, and God will show that He gave him that date. I know he will win. I will back him up until the last minute."
This isn't Mike Wine's first rodeo with a concert clash; he successfully held his own show on the same day as Gravity Omutujju last year. This will be Dax Vibez's first-ever concert after nearly a decade in the industry – talk about a challenging debut!
