Singer Green Daddy has opened up about his love life, revealing that he’s currently single and actively searching for the right woman — but with clear standards in mind.
In a recent interview, the “Mbuzi” hitmaker admitted that despite his growing success in the music industry, he’s yet to find a woman genuinely interested in a serious relationship with him. To boost his chances, he says he’s even started hitting the gym so women can notice him more.
“I want a woman who can afford herself and not poor. Not rich, but I don’t want a beggar,” Green Daddy said. “For age, I want a young woman — a soft woman who doesn’t match my physique. Those strong ones can easily beat you up.”
The singer humorously referenced Ritah Dancehall, saying he wouldn’t date a woman with her kind of big and energetic physique, joking that she looks like she could overpower him.
On his music career, Green Daddy made it clear he has no political bias and is open to performing for any political party as long as it helps him progress financially.
“I joined the music industry to change my life and my family’s life. I can sing for anyone as long as it benefits me,” he added.
