State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, Balaam Barugahare, has revealed that he personally advised events promoter Bajjo to return to school and pursue further studies.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Balaam said he has made it his mission to mentor and uplift young Ugandans, not just through government office, but also through personal guidance.
Balaam credited himself for playing a key role in transforming Bajjo’s lifestyle, claiming that the promoter was once financially unstable and living irresponsibly.
“I am not only a minister because of the office I hold. I am mentoring people and improving lives. Someone like Bajjo, I found him broke and living irresponsibly. I advised him to go back to school and now he is doing well,” Balaam said.
The minister added that his work goes beyond politics, stressing that he is passionate about empowering youths and entrepreneurs across the country.
Balaam Barugahare is not only known for his political role but is also a business mogul, widely respected for his success in events marketing and promotion before joining active politics.
