GOTv might be in serious trouble.

Pallaso and Sheebah Karungi reportedly asked GOTv to pay a sum of money before the television company could use their hit song "Go Down Low" for promoting their brand, but GOtv stubbornly rejected the offer.

Now Pallaso just found out the company plowed ahead with using their popular song in their promotion ... and he's not fine with it.

Pallaso & Sheebah could sue GOtv for copyright infringement issues because they own exclusive rights to its use and distribution.

A statement Pallaso shared via his instagram account reads:

So Gotv failed to come to a fair understanding with Pallaso & Sheebah on using go down low as part of their marketing strategies and they decided to go on and use it without consent !! What a shame .. Greed is dangerous and even worse when done by such a huge company on artists that struggle on a daily to make ends meet !! ###PoorAfrica
