All is not well with the Jazz maestro, Isaiah Katumwa.

Our snoops have landed on information that Katumwa has been issued an eviction letter through his landlord’s lawyers, Newmark Advocates.

It is said that his landlord hired the law firm to throw him out in the cold after he defaulted seven months of rent in Kiira. He has been giving excuses to his landlord for all this time. We have also learned that Isaiah has been given only 5 days to clear the money.

In a letter, we landed our eyes on dated 10th August 2017, it reads;

“Reference is made to the tenancy agreement between you and our client for the premises you are currently residing at located at Kiira. You are well aware that at the moment, you are indebted to our client to the tune of Shs5.1m being rent for the months of May, June, July and August 2017,” a letter drafted by his landlord’s lawyers reads

“The purpose of this letter, therefore, is to demand that you pay the outstanding rent arrears henceforth together with the legal fees to the tune of Shs 600,000 that our client has so far spent as a result of your actions,” the letter to Katumwa dated August 8 reads.
