The annual general meeting( AGM) for Ugandan artistes that was scheduled to take place in Tuesday flopped after they failed to turn up as expected.
The meeting had been organized by the Uganda Registrations Services Bureau, UPRS, and UMA.
The low turn up prompted the organizers to push the meeting to next week.
The meeting was intended to appoint a new board of members to oversee the arts industry.
According to an official from URSB, the board will be installed next week whether artistes turn up or not.
