I Aim to Do Better Than Last Year – Tracy Melon

Fast-rising Ugandan musician Tracy Melon says she is determined to surpass her 2025 success as she sets her sights on an even bigger year.

The singer enjoyed a breakthrough in 2025, releasing several hit songs including “Ogenda Kukilaba,” “Tovayo,” and “Sumagiza,” which helped her build a strong fan base across the country.

Speaking to a local YouTuber, Tracy said the growing demand for her music has pushed her to work even harder.

“I want to do better this year because I have a lot of music in store. My fans have grown, and they are very demanding. They are always looking for something new from me,” she said.

Music critics and industry stakeholders have widely praised Tracy Melon, with many describing her as one of the breakthrough artistes of 2025. Her consistency and rising popularity have positioned her as one of the most promising voices in Uganda’s music industry.
