Musician Felista Di Superstar has publicly appealed for support in her efforts to reclaim the rights to her music from Black Market Records.
Speaking about the dispute, Felista alleged that the record label took control of songs she had already recorded before joining them and registered copyrights over the music, including projects created during their working relationship.
“Those men took the music they found me with and put copyright on it, including the music we did with them, but I haven’t received a single coin from them,” she claimed.
The singer also expressed concern over the loss of her YouTube channel, saying she wants clarity regarding ownership and access to the platform.
In addition, Felista is calling for greater transparency regarding revenue generated from her music, insisting that she has not received adequate information about earnings from her catalog.
The artist has appealed to relevant authorities and industry stakeholders to help resolve the matter and ensure that artists' rights are protected.
Black Market Records had not publicly responded to the allegations at the time of publication.
