Troubled Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago is in tears again making unending demands that the Kampala capital city KCCA staff withdraws their statements against his return to office.

The politically unlucky Lukwago was back in tears at the start of this week when Charles Ouma and Peter Kaujju, both KCCA senior staff members said he could not occupy office despite his recent win in the 2016 Mayoral election.

According to Ouma, Lukwago has to wait even after swearing in to enter his office until his court case of disposed of.

This morning, the controversial Lord Mayor called an emergency press conference to relay a number demands that he says must be met by the KCCA staff led by Director Jennifer Musisi.

Through his lawyers, Lukwago demands include to;

1.That the said fallacious statement that there are legal fetters barring our client from accessing the office of the Lord Mayor be forthwith retracted with an apology to our client.

2.Notify you that our client shall officially access the office of the Lord Mayor on Thursday 14th April 2016 at exactly 11:00 am and the Director Human Resource should work out all the necessary arrangements to receive him.

3.Demand, as we hereby do, that you process payment of all his salary arrears and other emoluments, together with that of the staff attached to his office that accrued since November 2013. It should be remitted by 15th April 2016 to stave off unnecessary litigation over the same.

4.Request that the relevant Director liaises with the personal assistant Admin, (Sarah Kanyike) together with the political Assistant, (Mbabazi Deo) to work out modalities for the swearing in ceremony.

5.Request that the technical staff do refrain from issuing political and reckless statements that would inflame the volatile environment at KCCA.
