Dr. Kiggundu sounded the warning this morning during a presser at the EC offices saying he is offering this as a direct warning to the Forum for Democratic Change presidential candidate. He argues that the defiance strategy is aimed at disrupting peace in the country during the 2016 elections, and will not be allowed to continue.
"We are giving the first, second warning and then no one should blame me when action is taken. This is the first direct warning to the presidential candidate," Kiggundu said.
The Electoral Commission could not say what action he would take against Besigye, or on which law he would act against Besigye
