Local musician, Winnie Nwagi and her ex-boyfriend, Rukundo Joshua split bitterly over cheating allegations. Winnie Nwagi announced she had ended the relationship through her snapchat account last year. She reported that she had been psychically abused by Rukundo. And as if that wasn’t hostile enough, Rukundo also broke two TV sets in the house which Nwagi says he did not contribute in buying.
In a recent interview, Rukundo claims he was never violent towards Nwagi but he was pushed to limits.
“My mother taught me to respect women and I do, but that was one moment of madness. I regret it and I am sorry.”
Asked whether it is true he did not care for Nwagi’s child he says, “That child is not mine, but I loved her. She is cute and wise. I treated her like my own. I also have a child but did you ever see her posting about it?”
Rukundo refutes claims that he was staying in Nwagi’s house.
“When we started dating, she moved into my house. I wasn’t in her house, it wasn’t there,” he explained.
