Police has resumed investigations into cases linking music promoter, Sipapa real names, Charles Oryem, to several robberies in Kampala. Sipapa was allegedly nabbed last year stealing from the leafy residential houses of Kololo. Pictures leaked in which, he was seen lying in a pool of his blood and seriously bruised. His case is said to have been reported at Kira road police station.
Sources say when he heard that the police had resumed digging into his cases, he immediately went underground.
Sipapa was last seen splashing cash a month ago in Masaka.
