City socialite Charles Oliam alias Sipapa is on the verge of sleeping on the streets after his landlord threatened to throw him out for failing to pay rent.
Sipapa’s landlady known as Sarah Namukasa ordered him to vacate her house with immediate effect.
Sipapa says he has never failed to clear his rent arrears as claimed by the landlady.
He instead claims that the landlady’s beef against him is a result of him turning down her offer to sell her house to him.
This comes after the socialite gifted his girlfriend Serena Bata with a brand new Range Rover on her birthday.
