The husband to musician Rema Namakula, Hamza Sebunya returned home Wednesday this week from his religious journey in Mecca.

Hamza was received at the Airport by his wife and actress Evelyn Namulondo and the B2C singers.

He encouraged more Muslims to go on pilgrimage because it is rewarding in the Islamic faith.

"It has been an inspirational journey and I have learned a lot from Mecca. I felt at peace and loved. I call upon all the Muslims who are capable to think about making the pilgrimage," He said in an interview with local television.

Pilgrimage is one of the five pillars of Islam. It is considered a sacred journey that every adult Muslim who is physically and financially able must make at least once in their lifetime.
