Rabadaba is currently living in the United Kingdom and insists he didn't go to look for greener pastures; he is there to take a music break.

The singer explained he was never appreciated in Uganda as a musician, and he wanted to take a break from the stress and pressure in the music industry.

Rabadaba says Ugandans have failed to appreciate their own artists and instead praise foreign ones, which in the long run affects the local artists.

"I didn’t move to the UK for greener pastures; I just needed a break. I felt I wasn't appreciated enough, as you all know the culture of Ugandans; they don't appreciate their own. It's something which affected me heavily, and I chose to come and settle in the UK for some time," he explained in an interview with a local television station.

Rabadaba adds that he has family in the United Kingdom and also wanted to share his love with his children.

Rabadaba is ranked among the best talents to have graced the Ugandan music industry in urban rap and dancehall music.
