The city preacher fathered four children with his first wife, Teddy Bugingo, before the two separated and he settled with Makula.
The separation fractured the family, and the children decided to stay with their mother, Teddy Bugingo. She, along with her relatives, is the one providing for them.
The popular city pastor has now opened up about life without his kids and says his heart aches for them. He explained he misses them and prays for a reunion one day.
Bugingo prayed for blessings upon his children and is confident Jesus will enable him to meet and dine with his children one day.
"I miss my children, all of them: Doreen, Winnie, Jenifer, Isaac. So, whenever you four are, my heart feels pain because of you. May God keep you for me, and we shall meet and dine together one day in Jesus' name," he explained.
Pastor Bugingo and Teddy separated in 2019 after a highly publicized breakup. Bugingo made disrespectful remarks about Teddy at the time, leading to a strained relationship with their older daughters.
Last year, he revealed Teddy blocked him from meeting the children. He emphasized he has gone for seven years without meeting his only son, Isaac Bugingo.
