Self-proclaimed “Ghetto President” Buchaman has advised opposition leader Bobi Wine to step away from political activism and focus on his personal life.
Buchaman, whose real name is Mark Bugembe, said Bobi Wine has already made his contribution to the struggle and should now consider taking a step back.
Speaking during an interview with a local television station, Buchaman suggested that the National Unity Platform leader should instead focus on mentoring younger leaders who can continue the fight.
“Bobi Wine should quit the struggle and do other things. He should train different people, the youths to take over from him,” Buchaman said.
He further added that the opposition figure should dedicate more time to his family and children.
“He has children who deserve to feel his love. He should consider retirement at this moment and enjoy life.”
Buchaman also suggested that Bobi Wine could spend more time relaxing at his Busabala residence, reflecting on the impact he has already made in Uganda’s political landscape.
