Swangz Avenue star Winnie Nwagi has responded to critics of her fashion choices, making it clear she has no plans to change her style.
The singer, known for her bold and daring outfits, says she will continue dressing the way she wants despite ongoing backlash.
“I will only change when my body tells me it’s tired of skimpy outfits,” she said.
Speaking in a recent interview, Nwagi suggested that some of the criticism directed at her goes beyond genuine concern and amounts to targeted attacks.
She warned that society often tries to suppress individuality, especially when it challenges established norms.
“Society is trying to bring some people down because of their dress code,” she added.
The “Musawo” hitmaker emphasized that personal style is a form of self-expression and should be respected, even if it makes others uncomfortable.
“I feel like I could even end up in trouble for dressing the way I want… but I won’t stop,” she remarked.
