Veteran Journalist, Mulindwa Muwonge was admitted to Nsambya hospital last week and he is still in comma. The production manager for Star FM was hit by a strange disease while on duty on Wednesday last week. It is alleged that he is suffering from stroke and high blood pressure. He first complained of flue before he got a heart attack. He told his workmates that he has pressure and they should rush him to the hospital.
After four days in comma, Mulindwa has been sent to Mulago hospital to be checked by a specialist. Sources at Nsambya hospital revealed that the doctors have failed find out the exact disease Mulindwa is suffering from. On Sunday morning, he had improved but his conditioned worsened later in the day.
Mulindwa became famous in the old days of CBS. He first worked with Sanyu FM during the days of Peter Sematimba before he joined CBS radio. At CBS, he hosted the morning breakfast show. It is rumoured to be the owner of Star FM but he has always denied it.
Mulindwa has three wives and all of them are fighting to take care of him. The doctors were forced to chase them away after causing a lot of commotion at the hospital. He is being looked after by his children.
