Two weeks back, a local tabloid Kampala sun reported that the husband to NTV Faridah Nakazibwe is currently abroad struggling with life and earns Peanuts. They further reported that he can no longer make money that can sustain his family and his wife’s classy lifestyle.
In an interview with Nakazibwe, she was so furious and threatened to expose the salaries of some journalists if they don’t stop attacking her marriage.
“I rarely respond to such allegations but there are some journalists who have crossed the line. They have gone so much into my private life. So can I go ahead and expose some of these journalists? I know who earn peanuts and they are just paid to blackmail me. I know them. My husband earning peanuts or not is a problem to anyone’’ she ranted.
Nakazibwe got married to Dr. Omar Ssali in an Islamic ceremony that was held in Dubai. The ceremony was held abroad to avoid any encumbrance as Nakazibwe was then attached to the powerful and wealthy NRM Vice Chairman, Al. Hajji Musa Kigongo. There was also the issue of Dan Nankunda, the father of her two daughters.
