Reports coming in from people close to Ex-Amalula Family boss Amooti Omubalanguze suggest that celebrated comedian has made up his mind to join politics come 2021
Snoops have established that he recently revealed his intentions to contest for Member of Parliament for the Nansana seat in the forthcoming general elections. Apparently, he will be contesting as an independent candidate.
Other Ugandan artistes who have already shown up political interest include; Patriko Mujuuka, Navio, Mathias Walukagga and Ronald Mayinja.
This comes after fellow artistes in the entertainment circle successfully joined politics, Judith Babirye, Kato Lubwama and Bobi Wine.
