Geoffrey Kyagambiddwa alias Chagga was arrested and detained in Mityana afew days ago for cases related to misappropiation of money from a music promoter.
News reaching the howwe desk indicates that the musician turned artiste manager is finally a free man.
Our snoops have learnt that Chagga paid 5 millions shillings out of the 19 millions the music promoter was demanding after Chagga and Radio and Weasel failed to turn up for a paid show back in December 2017.
A close source to Chagga has told howwe that he paid 5 million in cash and promised to pay more 5 million in a months time or else risk being re arrested.
It is remembered that Chagga's close friends all abandoned him at a time he needed them most. The most notable was Weasel who openly declared he has no money to rescue his former manager.
