We have learnt, Masembe is replacing Joe Kigozi who crossed recently to Buganda Kingdom’s Television at Bulange, Mengo. Masembe has been tasked with turning the huge investment made by the station's CEO Kin Kalisa in recruiting the best talent around into cash by brings in advertising dollars.
