Police Arrests Fellow officer Over D.U.I

The Uganda Police Force nicked one of its officer for Driving under the influence of alcohol under the operation FIKA SALAAMA.

The unnamed police officer was driving Police car number UP 2584 was arrested in Mutukula on the Tanzania Border on Sunday after establishing that drunk on patrol.

We’ve been told that the Drunk driving officer is still being held at Mutukula police post.

Consequently, The Police have put in place a toll-free number that the public should call whenever they see any police officer acting unprofessionally;
