Musician Edirisa Musuza commonly known as Eddy Kenzo is said to have parted ways with People Power pressure group headed by Bobi Wine following his meeting with president Museveni on Monday evening at State house.
According to an insider, Kenzo switched camps from the red movement for the yellow bus.
" Kenzo had asked Bobi Wine to meet him at Entebbe airport on his return to Uganda but he was nowhere near the venue as they had agreed. Bobi Wine had decided to delay his trip from West Africa. He was allegedly scared of being overshadowed by Kenzo. Kenzo, who was under a lot of pressure from Balaam to join M7, decided to meet him to get back at Bobi Wine," an insider claimed.
Museveni and Kenzo had talks about the music industry and it's role in the growth of Uganda's economy.
Kenzo narrated to the president how far he has come to be where he is. From an orphan to a global star.
Museveni was impressed by his resilience and work ethics.
