Musician Moses Saali, also known as Bebe Cool, has spent most of this month in Kenya and Tanzania promoting his Break the Chains music album.

He's a man on a mission, determined to see the album succeed despite criticism from some artists and various people across social media.

He has remained focused and believes the album will eventually achieve the success he aimed for when he was creating it.

While appearing on a podcast in Tanzania, Bebe Cool called for East African integration, stating it will lead to the development of the music industry across the region.

He explained that the unity of various stakeholders, including artists and others, will encourage discussions and the sharing of ideas, which will foster development.

"We need to work together as a region to achieve the development of the industry that has shaped us. Its development will be even easier if artists and other stakeholders are working together across the region. Sharing ideas about various aspects will foster the growth we badly need," he explained.

Bebe Cool added that the East African region is full of talent, and it has the potential to compete internationally if well-funded.
